BEWARE SCAM
Once again this morning I received another call from 916-209-5066. And once again I called them back only to receive an operator message stating that this number is no longer in service. Can someone explain to me how this can continue on a daily bases?

energy saving upgrades provided by local "PG&E Pre-screened energy technicians". The company claims to be a non-profit, which may be factual, but they are basically appoinment setters for hokme improvement companies. They try to make it seem as if they are funded by PG&E and Energy Star.
