The company which was only identified as "credit card services" offered to lower my interest rate on my credit card. The message started with "This is Heather from ..." but it became clear soon after that it was a recording.

selling credit card services to lower credit card rates--additionally I get on my land line phone calls from this number to try to sell insurance, home repairs, duct cleaning, alarm services--and they are very vulgar and nasty when I ask them to no longer call --- some say they are calling just to harrass me --- one call was trying to collect for home repairs that they claimed they had made (no repairs were ever made, never heard of the company) stating that they had sent a letter of demand for payment and they were going to file legal measures --- I hung up on them after telling them that they were crazy and that I never did any business with them ever, nor ever would --- this company is attacking many senior citizens (I am a senior, 70 years old) --- and I have no idea how they ever got my number.They need to be stopped, and fined very big. These calls sometimes come 6-7 times a day, and almost every day of the week, weekends and holidays included.My land line number is 661-722-8910
