Reduce credit card interest rates. When a human came on the line, I told him I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST. He then apparently put me on hold with about 30 seconds of extremely loud static type noise, then disconnected.

Identified themselves as my credit card company (did not name company) and indicated that I needed to contact them immediately regarding a lower percentage rate on my credit card that was about to expire. At that point I hung up.

Lower rate on my credit card - but no bank name or other identifying information about the company received. Press one to speak to a representative, press two to remove from list. I pressed two but am worried they may try to access my information or account. Called back and followed instructions to remove my number from their preferred maketing list but again no identifying information or company name provided. My number is on the do not call list so no such calls should be made to me.
