Security Systems. I frequently receive a pre-recorded message beginning with "let us put a sign in your yard", but the caller ID number is always different.

It was a pre-recorded message that claimed to be from "account services" or some such offering to lower my credit card interest rates. Suspiciously, they did not identify what their supposed company name was, what bank, what credit card company, or any other information. I was told to press 1 to continue or 2 to be removed from their list.

Rachel from Card Holder Services has been calling for months offering to lower my rates on my credit cards. It is a pre recorded message. (Today I received it on my cell phone from 916 219-9223) I have requested multiple time to be put on DO NOT CALL LIST. I have punched thru to operator and requested they put me on do not call list, but always the calls continue. I get call 2-3 times per week. I do not record exact times but will if necessary.

Promotion from my credit card company to lower interested rates. I have previously requested (6months ago) that all of my credit card companies not call or mail me anything for marketing or promotional purposes.
