A pre-recorded message said it could reduce credit card APR to 6.9 for any credit card without providing name of company. I pressed one to speak to an Indian operator. I asked what company he was with and he would not answer the question.

missed the phone call. didn't call back but did get on internet to see where 916 area code is from and didn't know anyone from california so i saw where there were some 916 area code scams, clicked on that web site and found this same number.
