Lower credit card interest rate.

Credit card interest rate. No company name was listed at all (ie did not say your American Express card). That's how I knew it was bogus.

"There is currently nothing wrong with your account. We are calling to let you know that we can lower your interest rate on your account. Please press 1 to speak to a representative." I pressed 1 to ask them to take me off their call list, and got a man with a thick accent. I asked him which of my cards he was calling about, and he said "We represent all of the cards you have, Capital One, Chase Manhattan, etc " I asked him which one, and he wouldn't answer, instead asking "Don't you owe collectively more than $3,500." I said no, and he said "we must have a wrong number" and hung up on me before I could ask him to take me off his robocall sales list.
