I found him- his real name is Kevin Calvin. I am working diligently to help stop him. There is a Facebook page called "Help Stop Jeff Harris". It's not public right now, so you may not be able to see it, but we will make it public soon, so check back.

Jeff Harris Carpet cleaning has been told multiple times to stop calling my house, yet they continue to annoyt my wife and I. What can be done?

For the past year we have gotten call from "Jeff Harris" at "Carpet Cleaning Experts". We made an appointment and two people showed up. They have no business license, would not give their names. Their vehicle license was: California 5T19955.

Their card has three phone numbers:

We say do not let these people in your home.

These calls keep coming at least two and three times a week. I just tried calling the number and can't get through to tell him to stop. I am on the "Do Not Call" list.

I have been getting calls from this scumbag for FIVE years despite being on the Do Not Call Registry. I have reported him to the FCC, the FTC, the local PD, and my phone company. NONE of them has done a thing to stop these calls. In short, Jeff Harris (ostensibly) knows these agencies are not interested in his activities and so continues to harass us with impunity. If I knew his physical location, I would round up a few of my vigilante friends and visit Mr. Harris to explain in person just why we no longer wish to receive calls from him. I just hope he survives the encounter.

Numerous calls received, at least once a week to offer carpet cleaning. Messages are left on my voice mail or answering machine. Caller was Jeff Harris.

Tired of receiving calls from Jeff Harris of Carpet, Tile & Furniture Cleaning Experts. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling and have also repeatedly turned them in to the Do Not Call List. These calls are harrassment. They continue regardless of what you say or do and they use a variety of California and Nevada numbers to call.
