He is a fund James Davis ...I going tomorrow and filled a police report...o yea he got me for 99 dollars

The same asshole called me saying that I had a loan with a lending company through his company and that the numbers I gave him to the loan company did not match what he had on file. He said if I did not want to resolve the issue, then he would take legal actions on me. His name was Justin Davis and he sounded like an Arab (no offense), but I don't know too many people with an ascent as thick as his was, with an American name. I know for a fact it is a scam, because I told him I would call the loan company in the morning, who already set up a payment arrangement with me, and verify his name and company. This fool told me not to tell them [loan company] to call him...too damn suspicious. I think I need to file a police report against Mr. Davis...hahahaha..He tried to wham bam me...no sir, not today, I know better!!!

I received a call from this number reporting himself as Officer John Taylor, man states there is a law suite against me. When I ask where he is calling from, what the law suite is regarding, and what company he is with, he becomes rude and does not give further information, except to say I have an unpaid loan - which I do not. I called him back and the answering machine/voicemail states a Justin Davis. I have received several calls similar to this from several different phone numbers over the last two years - same M.O. and same accents.

I recieved a call on my home phone stating that if I did not call officer David Jones back at the lawfirm that they would come to my home and haul me to the court house and then at the end he said have a great day. Then about an hour later I recieved a call from the same number at work and caller ID said C. Michignbar. What is going on here.

I also received two calls from this person reporting to be "Justin Davis" regarding a pending lawsuit for me. He had the last four of my SSN and said that it was imperative that I get back with their office regarding a legal issue, otherwise I would have my drivers license blocked and my SSN flagged along with legal proceedings. I did attempt to call the number and so far, I have not received any calls back. It was somewhat interesting that the person with an American name sounded as foreign is he could get.
