this person called me on my cell and asked for someone I know and then hung up. it was very strange.

This number is for a telemarketing scam. they call and ask for someone else, then ask for your personal information to look you up in their system. As far as I know, from taking these calls and talking to the person on the other end of the line (always hard to understand them), they get their information from payday loan web sites. Make the calling stop! Where is ghost dad when you need him?!
