A 916 area code that keeps using the same recording but changes the rest of the phone number once a week to avoid blocking.

Just now got a call. Probably the second. Woman's voice named "Lisa".
Knew after 4 words it was telespam.

Caller: Recorded voice "Lisa"

Recorded man's voice tricked me into thinking it was a real person. Gave his name, said he was with customer service and asked if I could hear him ok. I said yes and the recorded "congratulation you have won" speech began. I am on the do not call list
