Can't understand the voicemail but they keep calling. I can only understand bits and pieces and at the end of the voicemail he says," If you don't call back I can only wish you luck on the situation that's about to unfold." Funny that's the only clear English sentence he would speak. All this is coming from these fraudulent online loan companies
Called me 09/01/2012 that the was a lawsuit against me and I need my lawyer to call them. He then asked me for my SSN and phone number. I told him till I received a legal document stating this suit I was not divulging any of my personal info . He hung up after saying good luck.
I received a call from this guy claiming that I was being sued and that he needed my lawyers information and I told him that I never had a reason to retain one. I asked him what it was about and he could not tell me instructed me to call 1-916-282-3129 ext: 346 and speak to a David Cooper to get case information. When I called the number it would ring and then disconnect so I looked up the number on line and found another number to the same place with the help of this web site. When I called they did not know who called me could not give me any of the information that they told me to call for. The guy on the line told me that the call was not meant for me no one from there called me so I informed him that the guy told me my last 4 of my ssn#, my home address and wher I worked but the call was not for me.
I need an address.
Threatened me with arrest warrant for bank fraud and unpaid nonexistent payday loans. Called my employer as well.
A strong Indian accent male called my employer, stating he wanted to speak to me about a legal matter.
