from denise. person calls me and says i took out a payday loan and i have a lawsuit against my social security security number which he read off to me, stating he will fax any documents to my attorney when. i advised him that i never took out the loan he got upset and said if i didnt pay he was going to send a sheriff to my work address to have me arrested. This was very annoying to deal with being that i only inquired about a payday loan and was never appoved. this guy is scam artist and needs to be stoped. I ve learned my lesson never apply for anything online that involves your personal information.

I received the same call today in this manner. This was definitely disconcerting! And the fact that he kept talking over me and telling me he would not fax me the documents in question is not legal. When you hear that someone has 3 suits against you, and that they need the money right now, and they are sending the FBI and cops in the morning to arrest me. The most questionable was when he asked if there was any amount I could pay toward the supposed amount owed, I told him $50 and he them immediately told me that he had nothing else for me that there was nothing he would do to settle this matter, and be prepared for the FBI and cops to come for me and hung up abruptly. As scary as this all is, with the amount of information he had, and I bet he works with scammers that get info from when we look into payday loans, it is almost humerous how aggrivated he seemed when questioned eventhough he said he wanted silence from me while he read the affa davit, and then hed answer all my questions...nope, no such luck.

I am so glad to hear that this is a hoax because I was really agittated and a tad nervous knowing that I was square with the loans I have.
