He said his name was Tom Wilson, was taking me and my social to court. Said I owed money for a unpaid Quick Cash Loan? Refused to send me any info or answer any of my questions. Just wanted me to pay him to avoid court. No Proof... No money. See you in court .

Very fake. Hard to get rid of. Even if you tell them you know it's fake they hang up on you and call back 2 weeks later. I really don't understand the point.

This jerk called me also. I am going to report this to the FTC. This is ridiculous. I applied for an online payday loan and started getting all sorts of calls and craziness.

Update: I was advised to contact the FBI and local police concerning this guy. Also to visit the FTC website to report him

Same here. Threatening me with a Sherrif coming to serve me with a warrant. Advised I was reporting him and he called me about 4 times in a row. This guy needs to be arrested for harrassment.

Call my job and cell saying I owed money. He had a middle wastebaskets accent and said his name was John Smith. LOL a lie thats a scam

Supposed to be attorney Rodney Cooper. Called to inform about a law suit against my SS#. Upon inquiry on it he threatened with having the Sherriff Dept serve an arrest warrant in the morning. His assistand and himself had a very thick asian accent.
