Same message everyone else on here is getting. pre recorded. rachel. telling me about APR on "my account"...obviously not in reference to any of my real existing accts. i press the button to go to someone to tell them to take me off the list and it hangs up. I AM on the Do Not Call List. They call a few times week around this time (2:40pmEST).

Same thing, again, today from 916-301-4406. Called around 10:05 a.m. Didn't answer. Going to send them a cease and desist letter. If they don't stop, they have to pay fines!!!!

I got a call from Rachel from Cardholder Services telling me that I could lower my interest rates to as low as 6.9% APR. It was a recording, and of course it didn't say WHICH company the card was from. It asked me to press 9 for more information. I hung up. Obviously spam.

Rachel calling aobut my credit card account, nothing is wrong but can help lower my interest rate. * I don't know who this is and everytime I hold to talk to someone to remove my name, they hang up on me.

When I answered phone an automated recording told me I could lower my interest rate. When an actual person got on the line I was told I did not qualify. I have been asking this company to remove my name for over a year now and they say they will or just hang up on me.
