Claims lawsuit against my SSN & will come to my job to have me arrested & fired. I reported it to my local sherriff's dpt, who are aware it's a scam attempt & advised me to ignore the calls.

States legal action against my SSN & he threatened to take his "documentation" to my employer & have me fired & arrested.

recvd call from "dan murphy" from "attourneys office".informing me that my ss# has charges pressed against it. called back spoke with "dextor cruz"he spewed the same story that "dan" left on vmail. "dex" reffered to the accuser as cash advance usa.aftef ending the first call, i called them back 12 consecutive b4 they answered.i tried to get contact info of this accuser. he said all communication between me and the accuser have been legally stopped and want to have me arrested to prove a point that anyone who backed out of payment cant get away with it. I then agrily informed him of my research findings dealing with complaints against his number and that my financial records show nothing related to cash advance usa. I then suggested colorfully where he store the information that i gave him...he has not called me back ...yet.
