Have called over 20 times to ask for money

I have been recieving calls from these jerks, saying I owe from a cash advance and there pressing charges against me. First, I have never had a cash advance. The guy is definitely Indian, but his name is Jack Anderson, yea sure a Indian guy name JAck Anderson

received call, Indian guy. Said I have criminal complaint and needed to call John Anderson
760 269 3826. Called number asked for John Anderso , gave my name and the person on the phone said thanks and hung up. I have never had any dealings with the law.

His name was Robin Miller suppose to call him back with my attorney. I told them that I had look up the phone number and told them were a spam call and they called me again they would need a lawyer

I had received a call from that number 916 395 0000 on January 19, 2011 at 9:00am they told me they are from an attorneys office from Sacramento CA wouldn't tell me which one told me i owe a cash advance off 300 dollars and now with fees i owed them 700 dollars and if i did not pay by Friday they will submit the paper work to the courts and I will need to be in Sacramento CA with an attorney and I will go to jail for check fraud the guy I spoke to was an Indian guy I can tell by the deep accent when I started asking question he handed me to his supervise he called her Anne Jones she got real mean didn't like me asking questions just told me its from cashnet.usa told me i owed them 745.36 and need to pay today or I will go to jail she gave me a number (724)492 8217 to call her when i faxed my credit card information she wanted me to write down (I then my name authorize to charge my debit card 745.36 then my name again) she also wanted me to send over my ID she had my social security number she gave me two numbers to fax it too (206)337-5800 (206)350-6464 and those go to Seattle, WA I called them and they are fax lines she also gave me what she said is her cell phone number (724)492 8217 and that traces to McDonald, PA told me to call her when I fax that stuff over tried just calling it just says the person at the extension 919044 is not available and cant except messages.

I received the same type of call, over and over. I'm sick of it, I would like to change my phone # but what a pain. I'm going to change my e-mail and see if that helps. This is the second type of scam, but is has been a couple of months since the last one. The police really need to do something!

About 7 months ago I kept getting these calls, same voice, same scam different number. A very rude Indian man was telling me he is with the federal investigation unit and I am under investigation for not paying a payday loan back. I asked him when it was taken and in what city. All he could say was June and in Scottsdale (which I had just recently moved to) I have never taken a payday loan and I told him I could prove I was out of the country for 4 months including June. He said he would review that, after I send him the $1000.00. Could not even tell me a name of a company I "allegedly" took a payday loan with. I finally told him that I would drive into the police station with him on the line and report him for fraud as well as to the FCC. He stopped calling for about 4 months. just started again from this number. Whey aren't the authorities doing something with the phone companies to stop this harrassement. He has sworn at me, disrupted my work and my family. If I hang up on him he just calls incessantly.

The left me a voice mail with an accent saying to call them giving me a name of Steven Johnson called them back and the message says not in service.

I received a call from a friend just yesterday stating that somehow a person called her and asked for my number. It was the same day I received a call from another company claiming to be a "cyber criminal office". I reported a different number as the numbers we both received were not the same. This person called my cell phone, left a message for me at work and got a hold of my friend's cell phone number as well.

this number pops on my cell number but message says to call Financial Grant & investigation Dept at 716 778 2400
