Recently i have had a ridiculous number of calls approving my for online loans I NEVER APLIED FOR and have been getting several calls from numbers like this all threatning to TAKE LEGAL ACTION...but this one particularly seemed vulgar in their threat approach explaining they will be at my door in the next hour...THESE ARE COLLECTION AGENCIES not original debters...IF I DID HAVE A LEGAL DEBT...they would have no right to legal action because they purchased the debt....however, as I stated earlier...an increase in these calls if you havent taken out a loan...may mean your information has been at risk and you may be a victim of identity theft and fraud...its important you attack back...address them and let them know you have no such debt you have contacted fraud alert and will be taking legal action against the originating debtor and all involved in this action.

keep call to threat me on collections something. I don't know since I am deaf person. they keep call on my cell phones and leave records also.

they did call me so many times on my cell phone. I won't able call back them because I am deaf person. and also they did email me this am. I email back to tell them they scam me. I realized it was from attorney for cash america but they can not sue me since jan 2011. They violated court now. because I filed bankrupty and discharged last Jan 2011. So they have no right to sue me for that old loan. they violate i guess they are scammerssssss I will report them to lawyer if they keep up call here.

They called me too and told me they were from California Attorney Generals office - I called the Attoney Generals office and they adviced me they think its a scam - I reported it to the FCC, but since they had the last 4 of my social I also put a Fraud Alert on my credit with all 3 bureaus. They called me at work too!

My husband got a call from this number stating the cops would be at our home to put him behind bars and that we owed them 3000.00 dollars and good luck I told them they were scammers he told me to shut my mouth.

I have received numerous calls from this number for the past 4 days. Can not understand anything they are saying except that they left my ss# address and name on a voicemail. They also advised me to watch my back because they would have the local sherrifs office drag me out of my house on this matter. I am far from stupid and know that I have not commited any crimes or felonies that would require suck action by law enforcement. That is against the law. If it was a wrong number anyone would have my information. I recently applied for payday loans online but went locally instead through my bank. I marked it as spam and changed my phone number.

Received a call from this# on Saturday morning, woman with a thick accent telling me not to disregard this call and that either I or my attorney should call them back immediately or they would wish me well. They called several times back to back on Saturday and several times today, the following Monday, but now aren't leaving a message. They called seven times this morning. I know of nothing that I would need an attorney for and surely if someone truly wanted a call back, they would hire someone whose voice you could understand! I am treating this as a scam as after reading the reports of the scammers, I too had recenly tried to get a payday loan online but ended up getting on locally in my town. I don't call back #'s I don't recognize so I wish them good luck!
