Definitely a scam. The caller said he was John Matthews, had a very heavy accent, and would not provide any information only that he was going to serve me with papers to go to court and jail.

called my cell phone tree times. The name on the phone numbers comes up as "Scam Likely". Cannot find the owner of this phone number. I called it from a different phone and no one answers
