Called and asked for my brother, I said "I haven't talked to him in years, how did you get my number" and he hung up on me. I called back twice and the phone just rang and rang then it got cut off with a voicemail attached. I can only think that this is some sort of collections agency since my brother has a history of not paying his bills.

Same problem with me. He asked for my name and address when he found out I wasn't who he was looking for and was accusing me of playing games with him. Seriously messed up

This caller trying to deliver a document to me at work or at home. Hmmm seriously trying to spam me. Not falling for. They will deliver without calling if anything. Besides they shouldn't be calling at all.
