Dog scam

Pet seller lives in West Virginia uses a 707# and 505# says I owe him a revoking fee because I didn't go though with a purchase of a English bull dog I only inquired about the dig. When he told me I had to sent him 350.00 first he would then mail me the dog!!!! Beware
