Calls about once a day except Sunday, never leaves a message. From my area code but I didn't recognize the number, so I never answered... until now.

Answered the call out of pure curiosity after about 2 weeks of them calling. After about 2-3 seconds of silence, I heard the line connect and a man with a medium accent came on. He politely asked if he was reaching a name I didn't recognize, and I told him he probably had the wrong number. He said he would note that in his computer then wished me a good day and hung up.

Could be a scam or could be legit, but I didn't get a chance to find out. YMMV
