I answered the phone with a hello and then they hung up but when I tried to hang up, the phone kept ringing with this number and I couldn't shut the phone off. Finally after hitting the disconnect button, about 4 times, the ringing finally stopped. Who has the ability to just keep my phone ringing after I disconnect? This is beyond just telemarketing, its outright harassment and interference/control of my phone line. Something horribly wrong with this type of phone call.
