They call everyday around dinner and and in the afternoon. I have waited around several times to speak with a live person and when I ask them to put me on the do not call list I am hung up on or told to" shove it" .I have no credit cards and do not need this. Also my phone can't hang up on them so while the recorded message is playing I can not call out.

I was expecting an important call and was screening my calls so I wouldn't miss the RIGHT one. The phone rang, the machine picked up, they hung up. I thought it may have been the important call, so I *69ed and got this number. Dandy! Not only was a bogus call, but I got the priveledge of paying the phone company 75cents to find out! Grrrrr.... They have called MANY times and I of course hung up.

Rachel at Credit Card Services. No particular credit card company name. Offer to lower interest rate to 6.99% - press 1 to speak with a representative. I pressed 1 and was transferred to a live person. He said "I see you're interested in lowering your credit card rate." I asked which company he was calling from and he hung up.

I have gotten phone calls from this "rachel " message from several different numbers over the past three years but now its my cell phone too. I imagine its probably phishing for info, so probably a definite scam. I think next time they call i'll answer their bogus message with bogus answers and then chew them out when they figure it out

I would like them to stop calling my cell phone. How did they even get my number? I've stayed on the line and pressed 1 for a live operator and told them to stop calling me and they emmediatly hung up on me.

I answered the phone and didn't hear anything. After a few second some weird music started playing, then it hung up.

They are calling a business phone to a INBOUND call center. I put my caller on hold to answer my "back line" that is used only for doctors with cliams issues and I get this message about my credit card and that nothing is wrong however I need to press 1 for more assistance. I did that the first time and hung up when I figured out it was scam but they keep calling. They called again tonight and got Brad and tried getting to one of their supervisors, before he figures out that I am not a card holder and then he hangs up on me.

First time they called me, missed the call as my cell phone was in my locker at work. Glad I checked here. I've only had this number about two weeks, but I'm betting they got my number during the day I didn't realize that setting up my Facebook mobile made my number visible to everyone. Oh well, one lesson learned.

same as above for me credit card services no problems press 1 to lower your interest rate which i did to let them know i dont have any cards with them the guy answer and hung up on me about 5 second of me talking.

I believe its a SCAM! I have a skype number in the US which diverts to the UK they called me on that and probably heard my accent and cut the call... Weirdos

and anyway Visa or Mastercard wouldnt call you it would be the card issuer which is the company that sends you your statments each month and their name is also on your card.

and credit card services wouldnt know if there was anything wrong or not wrong with your account because they wouldnt have access to that information as they have nothing to do with your card issuer.

SO ITS A BIG SCAM TO GET YOUR DETAILS SO DONT ENTERTAIN THEM!!!!!!!!!

Receive call from this number which has message from Rachel at Card Services. The message says there is no problem with your account but for an offer to lower interest rate on card I do not have to 6.99% - press 1 to speak with a respresentative. I press 1 and a male comes on and I tell him I do not have their card and did not solicit their call, he hangs up immediately. When I call back, there is a busy signal. My number is unlisted. They call early morning and afternoon several times a week. Make them Stop!

Called my cell: Recording of woman's voice, claiming to be with "Card services" offered to reduce interest rates. No option was given to be removed from the calling list. A man came on the line, would not give his name, nor would he give information regarding the company. He hung up.

this is at&t mobility/same as cingular wireless. some clown is spoofing/scamming. I've got the same phony calls. obviously current or former employee of cardholder services. how would they know my cell-phone and what scam to run? I just filed a complaint against at&t with new york bbb. only way to shut down clowns spoofing/elaborate internet scam via voice over internet hardware!

I have received this call at least twice a day all week (and i am on the "do not call" list).... this is why I wish you could block numbers on cell phones like you can senders on email.!!
