I am a subscriber to texting only on my phone yet i get 6 calls a day from 917-398-9727 as well as 2 to 5 text a day

I was able to get a live operator 10-3-12 @11:15 AM. This is some sort of school in New York/New Jersey area "fishing" for new students. Nonetheless, their hangup and "robo" calls constitute a violation of the "Do Not Call List". Even political and charity agencies may not simply call up over and over and hang up, or disquise their identities. One then can file charges against them in small claims court and get a judgment against them. This is what I intend to do. With a small investment (about $50) one can make $$ with judgements against these bottom feeders. Such continuing invasive calls are harassment under the Federal law! Folks, welcome to this "wonderful" world of marvelous electronic wonders that now makes YOU available to anybody, anywhere at anytime! :(

Calls all hours of the day and night, at least five times a day, When I pick up the phone it sounds like they are using a voice distorter, I keep telling them not to call but they keep calling.

They won't stop calling - even after I put myself on their 'do not call list' multiple times.
