i received a call today at 12:10 from this very number. A woman asked me in english if i was" Eduardo Cortés", i answered with a "yes" because she was right. Then she asked me if a spoke english. I answered yes again. Then the said thanks. That was the whole conversation. Weird considering that the call was from NY USA, and i am from Chile. I have never been in USA, and i have never tryed to visit USA, either applyed for a VISA or something similar.
I would like to know why a woman was interested if i speak english or not. She knew who i was.

Hi, today i received a call from this very number (actually i googled it and that's why im here). A woman asked me in english, if she was talking to "Eduardo Cortés" (my name), and i just answered yes. Then she asked me, do you speak english? and i answered yes. Then she told me, thanks por your help.
Thats was the call. The weird thing is that im from Chile, Southamerica, and the call was from New York (under the phone number, in the calls register, appears NY-USA)

I received several times a call from this phone number... she said that is about american Visa.
