They kept calling, roughly twice a day and on two occasions accidentally left voice messages. In one message a woman was talking to another person explaining that people block their numbers thinking it's spam. I called back and a woman picked up and greeted me with my full name - which was surprising, I guess they have caller ID. It's some kind of "college match" solicitation, she asked when I graduated high school, I told her I'm not interested and that was it.

The rep said she was calling from an education matching program and asked what do I want to study. Scam.
