Lowering credit card interest rates.
And the Robo-calls from Cardholder Services just keep coming! This was call #33 from 1-417-800-2363. I can provide you with dates, times and phone numbers for the last 25 calls from Cardholder Services, going back to January 2012. I checked with Bank of America, who issued my Visa crdit card, to see if they are associated with these calls. Bank of America claims not to be associated with them.
I've filed numerous complaints with the FTC, and a written complaint with the FCC, all to no avail. Do you really read these complaints? I retired from the F.C.C. after some 29 years with your agency. I would expect at least a courtesy call from someone at the Commission, to reassure me that something is actually being done. Or am I just whistling in the wind?
Item #5, below, lists calls #30 thru #32. #29 was from 1-914-594-9023 on 12/06/2012 at 09:19, just one day before #30! #28 was from 1-516-472-9017 on 11/30/2012 at 1:09 PM. #27 was from 1-914-594-9052 on 11/27/2012 at 10:47 AM.
