I have been receiving a message to lower my credit card rate. It starts out as saying their is nothing wrong with my credit card but if i speak to some one I can lower my rate. I have asked numerous times to stop calling but to no avail

credit card services and applying for lower interest rates on some card they offer. I've received more than one call from this agency but from different numbers. It's always a robo caller and never announces who they are with.

"Card Services" is the caller ID associated with the offending telephone number, 917-732-9017. Credit card rate reduction was the service offered on the prerecorded message. I selected "1" to speak with a representative, and when operator answered, I told him that the number they reached is on the DNC list. He indicated that, he is merely looking to provide me with lower interest rates, and that I have credit card debt of $3,000 or more. When my response was to ask the name of his business, he disconnected the call.
