I just received the same call from this same number!
Caller claimed to be windows tech support and made vague claims that they detected that my computer having problems. He wanted to "help me get rid of the problem" over the phone. He offered to put me in contact with my internet provider right then and there. I can't even get in touch with my IP that fast...
