This is a phone scam. You won $450,000, BUT, you must first send them $4500. This has been investigated and reported to multiple authorities as a scam. This particular time it was "Andrew Thomas" and "Shane Woods" doing the scamming. Theses 2 P'sOS made a dozen phone calls to attempt to scam a 94 y/o man. A man that sobbed to one of them on the phone about his wife having passes away just 2 weeks ago. There's a special place in Hell for these people.

Instructed this man to send certified cashiers check written out to UNITRUST in Miami. And are continuing to harass him and try to discredit his advocacy who looked into and reported this scam as such.
