Claimed they were offering a reduced rate on credit cards thanks to obama. Said I wasn't interested..had told them on numerous occasions NOT to call...He then stated I should "Fuck off..then suck his black balls..that is all you whiteys are good for..Did you hear me? Fuck off then you can lick my black balls...and we are in Pittsburg...come and try and find us"...I then told him I would report him..he said..."Fuck the Fcc...and fuck you whitey'.

Came up on my home number as a cellular call. When I answered it was an automatic message. I have received this call before and asked them not to call me. So this time I pressed one to actually speak with a person. A guy by the name of "Alex" asked me if I was interested in their special offer. I told him no and to remove my name from from their call off list. He said "No, I don't think so." I told him not to call here again. He said he doesn't have to remove my number and he will be calling me back.

Lowering my interest rates. They call every hour on hour and leave a prerecorded message. When I finally answer, and push option 1 and am directed to a live person they are extremely rude and hang up?
