Reducing credit card rates - initial automated message stated "...2nd and final offer..." and part of a government "...stimulus plan..."
Suggested that I take this opportunity to lower my interest rate on my credit card. They did not give name of card, or name thier business. On one earlier occasion I pressed the requested extension and the person asked me if I had balances of more than $4,000. When I said I didn't, the person hung up.
