I had several different complaints against me. I have filed a Police report with Loudoun County Sherriffs Dept. as well and have a repot number on file and I have a report filed with Verizon as well.

Rachael with Credit Card Services wants me to move my credit card balance to her company so I can get lower interest rates. "Rachael" has called me about 50 times. When the calls started last year I did press the option to speak with a rep and told her to remove my name from her list. She hung up on me. Every time I get one of these calls I file a complaint with you but nothing seems to get done. I have gone online and done research on this scam and I found that people from all over the country are getting these calls. Why can't your department shut this scam down?
