I came home and had this messege on my anwering machine, a man named logan stone left me a messege on my answering machine to call him back that they had a law suit against me and my social security number.I called him back to find out what this was about ,and another man named kevin black stated that there was an outstanding balance of $300.00 that i owe to a company named cash advance usa,he had all my information ,mylast four digits of my social security number,my date of birth,my house number,and my licence number,my bank name and told me that they were going to sue me for the 300.00 that owe this place and that i needed to pay it now over the phone before they take me to court and that i need a a lawyer that i am going to have to pay thousands of dollars for the courts and tha tthis will go gainst me and i wouldnt be able to get any loans to buy a house or a car or borrow money.When i asked him when,what date time and year this happened he said that he was not going to disclose this information and that i had half an hour to pay this 300.00 over the phone.Please do not fall this !
