But the scum who hired them is http://islandgrouppartners.com/ Phone number 877-214-2323 incorporated in 2010 and is based in Staten Island, New York. The recording it pretty interesting. I had them both on the phone for a while, the Scum who called was really embarassed and apologizing to the scum who hired him. But that company was exposed. Neither of them would ID the telemarketing criminals who they hired to place the call. Anyway, the culprit responsible is:
