The message said that I was eligible to lower my credit card rate. I think that this was a different number from the same company (because I've received the same type of call from different phone numbers).

Alleged reduction of credit card rates, AUTHORIZED BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY(!) I have reported this company to the FCC before, once or twice. Does the FCC plan to do ANYTHING about this, or am I just jerk___ (mentally masturbating)? PLEASE REPLY. I'm getting tired of junk calls, despite my having registered as a DO NOT CALL number.
