These are phone numbers that show up on my caller ID. I believe these are computer generated numbers. The pre-recorded message is trying to get people to lower their credit card debt. I have been able to get a real person on the phone but the minute I ask to have my number removed, they laugh and hang up. WTF? they continue to call me. I want these scammers to be shut down.

They seem to want to consolidate my credit card debt. The call begins as an automation which then asks for you to hit a key to speak to a live person.
