Lowering interest rates. If asking them to ID themselves they hang up. If trying to go along with questions and they suspect you're not interested they hang up. They use multiple numbers in different states. I've never been able to get them to ID themselves. Here are their dates that correspond to dates below: (407)816-9775 Orlando,FL - twice; (918)866-7810 Sparks, OK. I've also gotten calls originating from; NJ, WA, ND
