Alarm telemarketer.
Since they are out of NC, file a complaint with the NC Dept of Justice at:

If this is the same alarm company that it sounds like (formerly ISI alarms), they are under investigation by the NCDOJ. They've changed their name to avoid prosecution.
If you answer them, try to get what alarm company will be installing the alarm and report that to the NCDOJ.
The NCDOJ takes these calls seriously, not like the DNC list.
