SCAM ALERT!!! They called and indicated that my husband has reported topical cream and that they would be sending a prescription approval form to his doctor. That makes no sense!! If the doctor wanted him on a medication, he wold have prescribed it. They then faxed the request over and luckily the doctor's office denied the request. I read online that they get the approval and bill insurance company but never send anything to anyone. Investigation is needed.
