I never answer but get spam calls at least a couple times a day. Usually I get them for about a week from each number, then it changes. Usually no message ever left but finally got the one about a complaint filed against me. Last week it was this # ending in 0019 and this week its the same but ends in 0017 very frustrating

He claimed that they were attempting to serve me with legal documentation he couldn't tell me what it was about but did state that if I didn't accept this legal documentation that the court would count me as failure to appear and charges could be filed. Funny thing is I've taken care of every Bill and debt that I've had over the last year, give me some 888 number to call with a reference. Sorry jackass I wasn't born yesterday.

Yes, wanted information about who lives at our address and when someone would be home to receive documents. Asked them to identify themselves she just hung up.

I just received a call from this number asking me if someone would be home to receive legal documents for my husband.. she asked to speak to him , when i said he wasnt available she tried to give me a number to call. I told her she should speak to me as his hours at work he couldnt return a call... she then hung up. Tried to call the number back only to get a fast busy signal

I got the same call. They said their name was Mr. Taylor, and that there has been a complaint filed against me and to call 888-416-7301. Its a scam - i hope it gets taken care of soon.
