I toild em' that I would be happy to check them out with the State Attorney General & called the rep some sort of filthy thing or another...he informed me that there would be no swearing during our conversation to which I replied: "whattya gonna do you stupid scamming f@#*, call the swearing police?" then hung up. I love these a$$h0l3$. :)

They called me, telling me they had legal actions for my hisband and gave me an 888 # to call. I called, the woman who answered said she was based in CA, SCG consulting. She would not give me any info bc it was in my husbands name, but when I asked why legal papers were not served to our home, she had no answer. We have no delinquent debts, or other obvious reason for law suits. Seems like a phishing scheme to me.

They did the same thing to me. Threatened to take me to court if I didn't call a number. It's a total scam!

Company claiming they have legal papers to serve you and it's your last chance only 2 days before they put you in jail.
