This is the number of a market research company based out of Chapel Hill, NC. They are a legitimate company and are not telemarketers or scammers. They are calling on behalf of a number of different companies they do work for to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, including electric utilities across the country. If you call the # you can listen to their voicemail and leave a message for them; they are very good at removing your # from their lists if asked.
