keep calling and not saying anything
SPAM. Number shows up on Caller ID as Duke Power Progress Energy, but according to the company, this number is not affiliated with them. Generally two rings and a hang-up, but some how reported talking to a young girl about an energy-saving program. DO NOT give out personal information of any kind to a caller with this number.
