I have a State issued "Safelink" phone for emergency purposes (totally disabled/homebound). This number calls and speaks a foreigh language - AND USES UP MY MINUTES!.

How can the State of Wisconsin contract with a phone company for emergency phone service for low-income persons and then sell our phone numbers to marketers, scammers, etc???

Recieved call fro 19212219889 1:46 PM 12/08/2010 on my T-Mobile cell phone. As I work all night, a call at this time when I am trying to sleep is very irritating.Took Spanish in school so I know the caller was panish-speaking even though I could not understand what was being said.

I got calls in the middle of the night. Next time I will record the message and have my friend interpret it for me.

Add me to this ever growing list. I have only received these calls a couple of times so far. I have added it to my - REJECT - that AT&T offers on my phone. I know that there is a no-call list that is avaible for cell phones. I have to find out how to get it. I had it on an older cell number.

I have got about 5 calls today. this number has to stop calling my cell phone. And this is the bad part is that no english. What is this country coming too? You are in the USA you speak english.

like sara, i too missed the call and returned it but could not get through... "all circuits are busy" is what i was told.

I got this call at 12:54 PM today and it was most likely a Spanish Robo call. It was also muffled so I couldn't hear it properly. It repeated the sentence twice.

Second time I've received a call from this number. The first time was a few months ago. Both times, I was unable to answer. They didn't leave a vmail and when I returned the call, I got a busy signal.
