A Mexican person with a Wisconsin area code .. what .. I knew they were in Washington and California for the fruit picking jobs .. but Wisconsin? Now they do work Milking cows and making cheese too?

I have gotten these kind of calls for months now. Sure wish I could figure out how to catch them. Spanish of all things. Isn't it bad enough that most everything I buy has Spanish on it? And what is the point ................... a hang up call.

This person calls my number and speaks nothing but Spanish. I live in Ohio do really think I speak Spanish? Well I don't, never have and never will so stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell this woman to speak English but it hangs up the phone and when I call back there is always a busy signal. Very annoying Spanish caller. I wish someone could do something about people who use the phone as a harassment tool.
