Claim of Card Services, and previously when this had called, I stayed on the line and it gave me prompts to enter in my credit card numbers and expiration dates (which I didn't provide), so I assume it is a scam. The message indicates they are following up on multiple attempts to reach me via mail and telephone to lower my credit card payments.

They offer a lower rate on my credit card and claim to be affiliated with my credit card company. I have contacted my credit card company and they are NOT affiliated.

Claim to be able to lower recipient's credit card rates. Ask for credit card #, SSN, etc. Victims who play into the scam get charged exorbitant amounts of money.

Pressed the number 1 to speak with an agent and asked to be removed from calling list. She hung up on me. When I call back, it says the mailbox is full.

The automated voice warns there may be problems with my credit and I should speak to a representative who could help with my financial situation. Every time I receive this call, the automated voice warns this is my last chance. I patiently waited until a live caller got online and I told the caller to stop calling my number that is on the DNC. At some point the caller disconnected the call and I'm not sure how much the caller heard before he hung up.
