Automated message about my credit card rates in order to lock in an interest rate of 6.9%. Message said that my interest rate was going to end at the end of the month and that this is my final call. If I want to keep a low interest rate press #1. Shortly after a guy came on the line, he answered the phone as if I called him and said he was a gredit card advisor, when I mentioned I was unsure what card they were referring to he hung up.

They claims they are a service that can lower your credit card interest rate. They do not give a company name or anything. If you get through to a person, they ask for your credit card info (which I knew it was a scam, so I gave nothing).
