Saying Credit Services - no problems with your credit cards but this is your last call to try and bring the interest rates down on your credit cards. All they do is hang up when you don't want their service and ask to be removed from their list. If you call back it gives you option to opt out and I have not only tried to ask a representative 6 times to be removed but also called back and selected the option to be removed from their list. And yet they still continue to call back. I told them today I was filing a complaint and reporting them and to remove me from their list and the guy just said have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. I am REALLY tired of these phone calls and tired of the fact they keep calling when they know and have been asked to stop.

Lower my credit card rate. The person asked whether I have a credit loan amount that is $3000 or more.

When I asked whether I had a business relationship with them, the first answer was vague - that the worked with anyone who has a credit card. When I asked a second time whether I, as an individual, have a business relationship with them, they hung up.

We have received numerous calls from this company at our residence. I have filed previous complaints. They hang up before I can ask to be put on their "do not call" list.

They were offering to lower interest rates on credit card(s). They would not answer when I would pick up phone....would make me call back, then place me on hold, presumably to get caller ID, etc. When I asked them what bank they represented, they have repeatedly disconnected the call. This has happened with numerous phone numbers in addition to the ones I have provided and with the same EXACT results...

Total 8 phone calls from 8 different phone #'s in Feb & March 2012. Few month or several month ago I've already filed a similar complaint on telemarketers calls, but they just keep calling to do some research, surveys, credit cards to lower rates, etc.. I don't know if these are the actual or accurate phone #s, since it's very possible they use fake or spoofed #'s to call people. Since, when one tries to call them back few days later or on the same day, there a message, nooone to talked to to ask them stop calling or even to leave a message for them, let alone to know their names

Credit card and interest rate. Indicated I currently held a card with their company and requested I press 1 to speak to a customer service representative to lower my interest rate. Pressed 1 to speak to a representative and requested I be taken off their do not call list and was hung up on.

said the call was about my existing credit card account, did not specify which card or carrier, and how they could lower my interest rate. asked you to press 1 for a live operator. I pressed 1 to attempt to tell them to stop calling and the call disconnected.
