Lower your credit card interest now. I pressed the button to speak to a person in order to tell them that it was illegal to call a cell phone. As soon as I said that they hung up on me.

the message said my credit cards were fine, but I can lower my rates if I speak to a live person. They sound like they are impersonating my credit card companies without actually identifying the card company name or name of the credit card type.

The Gresham OR Call # 971-2201753 was trying to promote some kind of security system. I Think. I could not understand the caller as she had a very heavy foreign accent. The second # no one was available and no message was left on cell phone or home answering machine. I did not begin getting these types of calls until recently and I have been registered for over 3 years with the national registry for my cell phones.
